After first introducing the Portable Electric Air Compressor 2 Pro in China in August, Xiaomi is now planning to make it available everywhere. Comparing the Electric Air Compressor 2 Pro to its predecessor, there are notable advancements.
With its 2,500mAh battery, this small gadget can inflate up to 30 road bike tires or 16 vehicle tires on a single charge. It takes roughly 45 seconds to inflate a 205/55 R16 automobile tire from 2.0 to 2.5 Bar, which is much less time than the previous model’s two-minute inflation time. It works in temperatures ranging from -10°C to 45°C and can inflate tires to pressures between 0.2 and 10.3 Bar, or 3 and 150 PSI.
For various tyre sizes and kinds, the 2 Pro has five inflation modes with adjustable settings to satisfy diverse pressure requirements. When the desired pressure is attained, it automatically stops, and the progress is shown in real time on the display.
Important features include a USB-C charging port, a small, portable design, and a multimode indication light for torch and warning purposes. The compressor requires roughly 3.5 hours to fully charge and has a rated input of 5V⎓3A and a rated energy of 27Wh. With the high-pressure air hose removed, the device’s dimensions are roughly 152 x 100 x 63 mm.
A needle valve, a storage bag, a fast-connecting air valve, a high-pressure air hose extension, a Type-C charging cable, a Xiaomi Portable Electric Air Compressor 2 Pro, a Presta valve converter, and a user manual are all included in the box.
