Actress Kareena Kapoor Khan discusses working with female actors, the lack of attention given to her work outside of Jab We Met, and other topics.
In her professional life, Kareena Kapoor Khan has attained enlightenment. She only wants to produce less work overall but higher-quality work, and her future decisions will reflect this. The Crew, starring Tabu and Kriti Sanon, is one among them.
I’ve never worked with Tabu before, so of course I’m quite excited. Her collaborations with Lolo (sister Krisma Kapoor) have produced several excellent films. We are all female employees of the movie, including our producers (Rhea and Ekta Kapoor). The nice thing about these two is that they’ve always been cool enough to defy convention and try something new. I am eagerly anticipating it. The audience will adore this big-screen movie, I’m sure of it.
“Jab We Met is obviously ghar ki khichdi; you watch it over and over again, there’s always something fresh, and it doesn’t seem like an old movie. It truly feels like you are seeing it for the first time every time, which is extremely uncommon. Simply the character,” beams Khan.
