What are some of the biggest sacrifices you’ve made to get to where you are today?
I had to give up time with my family and friends. During my first year of marriage, I was commuting from Virginia to Pennsylvania for work. For almost eight months, I’d leave at 1AM on Monday, drive up to Pennsylvania for the week and get back to Virginia late on Friday. I gave up a lot of time with her early on. It was a tough eight months until we could finally make the move up to Pennsylvania.
What makes you stand out from others in your field?
People don’t just need tools. They need support to make those tools work best for them. So we don’t just sell people a product; we work with them on how to use it to get the most out of it. Our team is the difference between us and every other company out there.
What drives you to keep working hard each day?
I want to create a life of freedom for myself, my partners, employees and clients. That’s what keeps me going. I feel a sense of duty to keep going and help create that reality for all of us.
