The Zero Flip 5G, a clamshell-style foldable smartphone, was introduced in India by the Chinese smartphone manufacturer Infinix. The company’s flip phone, which costs Rs 49,999, is equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 8020 chipset. With its wide cover display, the smartphone provides access to more than 100 optimised apps.

At Rs 49,999, the Infinix Zero Flip 5G smartphone comes with 512GB of inbuilt storage and 8GB of RAM. There are two hues available for the flip-style foldable smartphone: Violet Garden and Rock Black.
Starting on October 24, the smartphone will be sold on Flipkart in India. Customers who use SBI credit and debit cards can receive a Rs 5,000 discount as part of the initial offer.

When unfolded, the flip-style foldable smartphone weighs 195g and has a thickness of 7.64mm. According to Infinix, the smartphone’s unique hinge mechanism, which has been tested for over 400,000 folds, allows users to flip it open at any angle between 30 and 150 degrees.
The Infinix Zero Flip has two cameras: a 50MP ultra-wide-angle camera and a 50MP primary camera with optical image stabilisation (OIS). A 50MP camera sensor on the inner foldable display of the smartphone is another feature. Included are a number of AI-powered features, including an AI Eraser tool for eliminating undesired elements from photos and an AI picture search feature in the gallery. The smartphone also has an AI Image Creator in Notepad and an AI Wallpaper generator that can create images from preliminary sketches.
Additional features include multipurpose Near Field Communication (NFC) support and a dual speaker system tuned by JBL with Hi-Res Audio.
