The Godox MA5R Combines A Wireless Smartphone Power Bank with A Pocket Light

Godox introduced the MA5R, a wireless power bank and full-color LED smartphone magnet that fits in your pocket.

According to Godox, the MA5R is a “essential tool for capturing life’s moments” and is made for creators who are constantly on the go. Because it attaches via MagSafe, users may easily remove the gadget when they want their phone to be as slim as possible. It is only 13 millimetres (0.5 inches) thick.

The MA5R’s primary light can accommodate various situations and artistic objectives with colour temperatures varying from 1,800 to 10,000 Kelvin, while still supplying sufficient light to illuminate subjects for close-up photographs. Although it won’t be able to completely block out sunlight from a distance, it seems bright enough for interior settings and can even provide some fill for portraiture. Additionally, a built-in selfie light that swings out to the side is there.

In the last few weeks, Godox has produced a number of products, including the professional on-camera V100 flash, the Cube-C wireless mic system, three small and reasonably priced on-camera flashes, and new RS60 series LEDs.
