BOZEMAN, Montana – When Montana State opens the 2021 football season at Wyoming on September 4 in Laramie it will convey the program’s most noteworthy preseason positioning in eight years. The Bobcats landed tied for seventh with Big Sky rival Weber State in the HERO Sports Preseason Top 25, delivered Thursday.
MSU is one of five Big Sky schools positioned by HERO Sports. UM enters the season positioned 10th, Eastern Washington is sixteenth, and Sacramento State is tied for 23rd with East Tennessee State. Ruling public bosses Sam Houston State starts the fall positioned first, trailed by James Madison, South Dakota State, North Dakota State, Southern Illinois, and Delaware.
The Big Sky Conference and Missouri Valley Football Conference each positioned five groups in the survey.
