Tamra Judge is exiting The Real Housewives of Orange County!
The 57-year-old Bravo personality announced her departure on Instagram Stories on Sunday night (March 9), stating that she has decided to leave the reality series after more than 14 seasons.
“It’s been a long journey! When real life throws you challenges, this reality stuff just doesn’t add up. Peace out ✌️ I’m done,” she shared in her story, without providing further details.
Following her announcement, a fan account reposted her story and asked, “Is Tamra quitting??” to which she replied, “Yes!!!”
Tamra’s unexpected exit from RHOC comes as the cast is currently in New Orleans, Louisiana, filming the show’s upcoming 19th season. Filming began in late January and is still ongoing.
While the exact reasons for Tamra’s departure remain unclear, her mention of “real problems” may relate to her close friend Teddi Mellencamp, who recently disclosed that doctors found additional tumors in her brain and lungs.
Tamra Judge originally joined Real Housewives of Orange County in season three. She left during seasons 15 and 16 but made a comeback for the last two seasons and was set to return for the next one.
