On Wednesday, August 21, 2024, Oppo unveiled the F27 5G smartphone. It has a halo LED light surrounding the rear camera module that pulses to the beat of the music. This light can also be configured to alert users to messages and updates when they turn their phone facedown.
The Oppo F27 5G is the entry-level model of the June-released Oppo F27 Pro+ 5G.
Along with Google Gemini tools like AI Writer for speedy content creation, AI Summary for text condensation, and AI Speak for text-to-speech conversion, accessible via sidebar, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer has also incorporated AI functions to the F27 5G camera.
A 6.67-inch OLED display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a maximum brightness of 2,100 nits is featured on the Oppo F25 5G.
In the F27 5G, Oppo has included a 45 W charger in the package in addition to a 5,000 mAh battery.
There is a 50 MP primary camera and a 2 MP portrait camera on the F27. A 32 MP selfie camera is used.
The MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, which has 8 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of storage, powers the Oppo F27. There is also access to up to 8 GB of virtual RAM.
Additionally IP64 rated is the smartphone.
The Oppo F27 5G is available in Amber Orange and Emerald Green, with prices for the 128 GB storage model starting at ₹22,999 and the 256 GB option at ₹24,999.
