Oppo has included top-notch hardware with its latest flagship smartphone, the Find X7 Ultra. The 6.82-inch Find X7 Ultra is among the quickest smartphones on the market right now thanks to its integrated Adreno 750 GPU and Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. It also has WiFi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, 512 GB UFS 4.0 storage, up to 16 GB of LPDDR5X-RAM, 100 watts of charging power, and a quick 120 Hz LTPO AMOLED display with 3168×1440 pixel resolution. Starting at about 830 Euros (~$894), the complete package is available for the version with 256 GB of storage and 12 GB of RAM.

Quad-camera system with 4x 50MP

The quad-camera system, which was assembled in collaboration with Hasselblad, is the centrepiece of the hardware ensemble. It has four components: a 50-MP ultrawide angle (Sony LYT-600) with a 4-cm (~1.6 in) macro, a 50-MP periscope tele (Sony IMX890), a 50-MP zoom (Sony IMX858), and a 50-MP primary camera with a 1-inch Sony LYT-900 sensor. ColorOS version 14.0.1.501 has been updated to accommodate full 50 MP RAW recordings. A 32-MP selfie camera built on the Sony IMX709 (21 mm, f/2.4) completes the camera system.

On the winner’s podium in Dxomark

According to our testing, the Oppo Find X7 Ultra’s quad-camera setup is among the greatest smartphone cameras available right now. As a result, the smartphone is on par with other top competitors like the Google Pixel 8 Pro and Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max. The Honour Magic6 Pro and Huawei Mate 60 Pro+ are the only smartphones to beat the Oppo smartphone in the Dxomark photography benchmark, which places it third, ahead of Apple and Google, two formidable rivals.
