The Oppo A60 may be the company’s upcoming A-series phone. The model number CPH2631 device has been approved by various certification systems, including the NBTC in Thailand, the SDPPI and TKDN in Indonesia, and the TDRA in the United Arab Emirates. Furthermore, it has also surfaced in the TUV Rheinland and Camera FV-5 databases.
The Oppo A60’s name and model number are the only things confirmed by its certifications in Thailand, Indonesia, and the UAE (via MySmartPrice). The device’s TUV certification raises the possibility that it has a 5,000mAh battery with 45W rapid charging capability.
It could come with an 8-megapixel front-facing camera and a 50-megapixel main camera, according to the Camera FV-5 listing. It seems that EIS stabilisation is supported by both cameras. The device’s other details are yet unknown.
The device’s name implies that it will replace the Oppo A59, which made its debut in 2023. Recall that the gadget has a 6.56-inch FHD+ resolution LCD panel with a refresh rate of 90Hz. It included an 8-megapixel front camera and a 13-megapixel dual camera setup. ColorOS 13.1 and Android 13 came preinstalled.
The A59 is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery that supports 33W rapid charging, a 4 GB RAM, 128 GB of storage, and the Dimensity 6020 chipset. It incorporates a side-facing fingerprint reader for added security. Additional features included with the gadget were an IP54-rated shell, two stereo speakers, a 3.5mm audio socket, a side-facing fingerprint scanner, dual 5G SIM compatibility, and a microSD card slot.
