Additionally, it offers a OneTake function that lets users alter the lock screen and Always-On Display’s visual settings. Classic and flux (smooth, flowing animations) modes are now supported in the Always-On Display mode.

Additionally, new Floating Window gestures enhance the multitasking experience by giving users greater flexibility in how they interact with apps. Users may quickly resize or close the floating window that appears when they swipe down on any notification banner using simple motions. Like iPhones, OxygenOS 15 now has a Charging Limit function that stops charging at 80% to assist prolong battery life and avoid degradation over time.

AI-powered productivity tools like AI Notes, which improves writing by modifying structure and transcribing voice recordings, are also included in the upgrade. Additionally, they have AI Reply, which uses chat apps to provide contextually relevant responses more quickly. Furthermore, OxygenOS 15 now supports Google’s Circle to Search function, which was made famous on the Pixel 8 and Samsung Galaxy S24 series phones and enables users to search the web with gestures like drawing circles.
