The second returns were revealed on Thursday as the fan voting for the 2025 NBA All-Star Game heats up.

With over 2,700,000 votes, Milwaukee Bucks player Giannis Antentokounmpo continues to lead the vote-getter overall for the second consecutive week. With over 2,200,000 votes, Denver Nuggets player Nikola Jokić continues to lead the Western Conference.

Jokić utilised consecutive 40-point performances over the weekend to overtake Denver as the NBA’s top scorer with an average of 31.5 points per game, despite missing Denver’s previous two games due to sickness. He finished Friday’s game against the San Antonio Spurs with 41 points, 18 rebounds, and 9 assists. On Saturday, he rebounded to defeat the Spurs with 46 points, 9 rebounds, and 10 assists.

With 31.3 points per game, Antetokounmpo is currently second in the league, but he is still playing well enough to win NBA MVP for the third time in his career. He had 25 points, 16 rebounds, and eight assists in Wednesday’s victory against the Spurs, and he recorded a triple-double in Monday’s victory over the Toronto Raptors. At 59.9 percent from the field, the 30-year-old is shooting at his second-highest percentage in his career.

Fans can cast their ballots for the 2025 All-Star Game until January 20 at 11:59 p.m. ET. On Thursday, January 23, during TNT’s NBA Tip-Off, the game’s starters will be revealed prior to a doubleheader that includes the Bucks vs. Miami Heat and the Celtics vs. Los Angeles Lakers.

The All-Star Game this year, which takes place on February 16, will be very different from previous years because it will consist of a four-team tournament with three teams of eight NBA All-Stars and the Rising Stars Game winner. On February 6, Kenny Smith, Shaquille O’Neal, and Charles Barkley will choose the three All-Star teams.
