The 2024 season schedule was revealed on Thursday by head coach Mike Noonan and the Clemson men’s soccer team, who are currently the national champions. The eight ACC games on the calendar are headlined by a home rematch of the NCAA Elite 8 versus Stanford, a recent addition to the ACC, and a home repeat of the ACC Championship against North Carolina.
To get ready for the regular season, the Tigers will play three preseason games. On August 10, they will play at Charlotte. On August 13 and August 17, they will host Georgia State and Mobile University at Historic Riggs Field.
There are eight games in Clemson’s non-conference schedule, starting on Friday, August 30th, on the road against South Carolina. The Tigers have triumphed over the Gamecocks in each of the previous ten encounters.
On September 6th, Clemson kicks off ACC play at 7:00 p.m. at Historic Riggs Field against Stanford, one of the newest ACC members. This is a rematch of the Stanford and Tiger teams’ victories in the 2022 and 2023 NCAA tournaments, respectively. Additionally, the game will take place after the yearly First Friday parade.
Along with visiting Wake Forest, North Carolina, and Syracuse, the Tigers will also be visiting Boston College, Notre Dame, Louisville, and Virginia Tech.
For as little as $50, season tickets are still available for the 2024 men’s football season.
At the end of the 2023 season, the Tigers had the second-highest combined attendance and third-highest average attendance in the country. Additionally, Clemson’s attendance for two of the year’s top-15 single games was recorded.
