Oakland, California bred recording artist, Ms. Kash (The Rap Vixen), is a force to be reckoned with. Her stage name, “Ms. Kash” derives from her true name Kashann (pronounced Cash’ann), and her musical roots date back to childhood.
Born into a musically inclined family, Ms. Kash is the daughter of a member of the legendary R&B Soul group, The Golden Tones. Being exposed to all genres of music at a very early age played a major role in Kash’s artistry and development; creating a multi-faceted artist not only skilled in music, but acting, writing and modeling as well.
Ms. Kash has been a forceful movement on the music scene in both the Bay Area, as well as the great Northwest. She’s worked with, and performed along side artists such as Brandy, Ray J, Yo Yo, The Lady of Rage, Shawnna, Kokane, Suga T, New Boyz, Too Short, Snoop Dogg, Crucial Conflict and many more.
Ms. Kash released her first body of work as an EP, simply titled Reign in November 2019. Shortly after the release of Reign, Ms. Kash was chosen as a Favorite Artist by Seattle Public Library, and her Reign EP was placed in their Playback music catalogue. Ms. Kash’s “Rap Vixen Music” sound can only be described as unique, raw & refreshing.
