A 6.78-inch FHD+ curved AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate panel is included with the Lava Agni 3 5G. A 1.7-inch AMOLED secondary panel is also included, and it is positioned on the right side of the camera module. Under the hood, the smartphone comes powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300X with up to 8GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. For improved thermals, it also has a separate vapour cooling chamber. It is powered by Android 14 without bloatware. With 66W rapid charging, the Lava Agni 3 5G is powered by a 5,000 mAh battery. It receives security fixes for four years and three years of Android updates.
A 50 MP Sony OIS primary camera with an 8 MP ultrawide and an 8 MP 3x zoom telephoto lens is included with the smartphone. The smartphone’s 16MP front camera is useful for taking selfies and making video calls.

The Lava Agni 3 5G comes priced at Rs 22,999 for the base 8GB RAM and 128GB variant while the 256 GB storage variant is priced at Rs 24,999. The 128GB model without a charger costs Rs 20,999. Customers can receive a discount of Rs 2,000 on the mid and top variants, and a discount of Rs 1,000 on the variant without a charger. A value of Rs 8,000 can be exchanged for Agni 2 users.
