With an emphasis on usability and cost, Xiaomi has expanded its tablet portfolio with the release of the Redmi Pad SE 4G. Its hardware is competent of handling daily duties and its display is reasonably small. The 4G connectivity of this tablet is one of its main selling features.

The 8.7-inch HD+ LCD screen on the new Redmi Pad SE 4G model has a peak brightness of 600 nits and a refresh rate of 90Hz. Corning Gorilla Glass 3 shields the display, and TÜV Rheinland has approved it for flicker-free, low blue light operation.
A MediaTek Helio G85 processor powers the tablet, providing 4GB of RAM and 64GB or 128GB of storage that can be expanded to 2TB with a microSD card. It boasts voice calling capabilities, a 6650mAh battery with 10W quick charging, dual speakers that support Dolby Atmos, and more. There are two SIM card slots, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.3, USB Type-C port, and other connectivity possibilities. It also has a 5MP front camera and an 8MP back camera with an LED flash.

The colours Forest Green, Ocean Blue, and Urban Grey are available for the Redmi Pad SE 4G. Priced at Rs. 10,999 for the 4GB + 64GB variant and Rs. 11,999 for the 4GB + 128GB model. For Rs. 999, you can purchase a cover that also functions as a stand. A Rs. 1000 discount is available with ICICI Bank credit cards and credit card EMIs as part of the launch offerings.
Starting on August 8th, Flipkart, mi.com, and Xiaomi Retail Shops will sell the tablet.
