Images of the Google Pixel Fold 2 foldable phone have been leaked in high resolution

Together, Smartprix and OnLeaks have unveiled images and a video of Google’s next Pixel foldable. The phone, known as the Pixel Fold 2, is revealed through a sequence of clear images and a 360-degree video clip that doesn’t leave a lot of space for speculation.

As per Smartprix, the foldable device will have an inner screen of 7.9 inches when measured diagonally, which expands to 8.1 inches when the edges are taken into account. When the device is fully extended, its dimensions are approximately 155.2 x 150.2 x 5.27 mm, which translates to 6.1 inches by 5.9 inches by 0.2 inches.

On the other hand, it is reported that the outside cover screen is around 6.4 inches across (6.6 inches when the corners are taken into account). The phone measures 155.2 x 77.1 x 10.54 mm when folded in half, or roughly 6.1 inches by 3.0 inches by 0.4 inches.

The rear camera island is arguably the most noteworthy component, at least in terms of appearance. The device looks to include two pill-shaped housings with various sensors inside of them, a microphone hole, a flash, and other components arranged horizontally rather than vertically.

According to the leaks, Google’s upcoming foldable smartphone will be powered by a Tensor G4 SoC, which will be combined with up to 256 GB of UFS 4.0 storage and up to 16 GB of LPDDR5 memory. Like the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro, it should come pre-installed with Android 14 and be eligible for seven years of software updates.
