A new image and teaser for Gensho Yasuda’s 3DCG film Make a Girl have been released, revealing additional cast members and a January 31 Japanese release date. The film is being animated by Yasuda Gensho Studio by Xenotoon, and it is based on Yasuda’s 2020 Make a Girl 3D short.
Atsumi Tanezaki as No. 0 and Shun Horie as Akira Mizutame are members of the previously revealed main cast. Minami Hinata, Yoji Ueda, and Kana Hanazawa are among the newcomers.
The new anime film Make a Girl will be directed, storyboarded, scripted, and computer-generated visually by its original creator, Gensho Yasuda. Rei Ueno is in charge of the sound effects, Yuuichi Imaizumi is the sound director, and Kenichiro Suehiro will compose the music.
The narrative of the anime film Make a Girl centres on Akira Mizutame, who, at his friend’s advice, chooses to “elevate his life” by becoming a “girlfriend.” Akira builds an artificial partner, whom he calls No. 0, using science, but she eventually starts to doubt her existence. It will be the first full-length animated film directed by Gensho Yasuda.
