Haitian writer Kadda Sheekoff’s debut novel, My Stanza, will be released on may. 18 by Kobo.
Kadda Sheekoff is an Haitian Pop Singer, entrepreneur, and Writer. In June 2019, Kadda Sheekoff release his first international song “All My Life” during the COVID 19 pandemic lockdown he also featured in Voyage LA Magazine where he talked about His name, stylized and his journey.

Let’s break it down, In 1681 there were 2,000 African slaves in the future Saint Domingue; by 1789 there were almost half a million. While the French were in control of their new territory of Saint Domingue, they held a caste system which covered both whites and free colored people. The African people of Haiti derived from various areas, spanning from Senegal to the Congo. Most of which were brought from West Africa, with a considerable number also brought from Central Africa. Some of these groups include those from Kongo, (Igbo Benin (Ewe and Yoruba) and Togo land. Kadda Sheekoff Publishes his First Book During the Quarantine. The Haitian never imagined bringing his first book idea to fruition and becoming a published author at the age of 28. when his E-book “All My Life” and “The God In Me” became widely available in Amazon, he sold more than one thousand. The book All My Life was basically a little autobiography mix with some part of his life, after his second book The God In Me the Single story Organization reached out to him to included him part of the Africa’s Young Literary Superstars. And that’s how he ended up in the Top 5 Africa’s Young Literary Superstars.
