First Public Appearance of Keerthy Suresh at Baby John Christmas Bash with Varun Dhawan after her Wedding

Christmas 2024 is set to bring an adrenaline-filled cinematic experience with the global release of Baby John. Produced by Atlee and directed by Kalees, this action-thriller is already creating waves ahead of its debut. To kick off the excitement, the makers hosted a festive Christmas celebration in Mumbai, where the cast and crew engaged with the media.

The event was particularly special as it marked Keerthy Suresh’s first public appearance since her wedding to Antony Thattil, which took place on December 12 in Goa. Dressed elegantly in a red bodycon dress, the newlywed actress charmed everyone with her presence. Joining her at the bash were co-star Varun Dhawan, producer Atlee, director Kalees, and actress Wamiqa Gabbi, who turned heads in a striking leather ensemble. Varun complemented the festive spirit in a red jacket paired with a white T-shirt, adding to the celebratory mood.

Speaking to ANI, Varun Dhawan addressed the speculation surrounding Baby John’s storyline. Contrary to rumors, the film is not a remake of Atlee’s Theri. Varun clarified that the narrative is a fresh adaptation that diverges significantly from the original. “Atlee emphasized adapting the story to a new setting rather than remaking it. We’ve altered the geography and numerous story elements. The film delves into themes of parenting, women’s safety, and a major case inspired by real events. Those expecting a scene-for-scene remake will be surprised,” he explained.

The plot of Baby John revolves around a former police officer who goes to great lengths to protect his daughter from adversaries tied to his past. The film also marks Keerthy Suresh’s Bollywood debut and features Jackie Shroff in a villainous role. Adding to the star power, Salman Khan makes a brief but impactful cameo, glimpsed in the film’s thrilling trailer.

Jointly produced by Jio Studios, Atlee, A for Apple Studios, and Cine1, Baby John promises to deliver an electrifying cinematic spectacle, hitting theaters on December 25, 2024.
