In India, a number of new companies, including Maruti Suzuki, Kia, Toyota, MG, and Jeep, are expected to enter the 7-seater ICE car market by 2025. Within the next 12 months, several automakers, including Maruti Suzuki, Toyota, Kia, Jeep, and MG, plan to introduce new seven-seater ICE cars in India.

1. MG Gloster Facelift:

With minor exterior design changes and internal improvements to improve its overall appeal, the MG Gloster facelift is anticipated to debut in the coming months. The SUV’s current engine and powertrain options are probably going to stay the same, despite the fact that these cosmetic adjustments will give it a new look.

2. Jeep Meridian Facelift:

Reservations are now being accepted for the next facelifted Jeep Meridian’s Indian debut, which will include a five-seater version for the first time. Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), which improve its technological features, are among the notable developments.

For a sleeker look, the exterior has been changed with new alloy wheels, a redesigned grille, and new front and back bumpers. Additionally, the inside will be improved with newer equipment and materials.

3&4. 7-Seater Grand Vitara & Toyota Hyryder:

In H1 2025, the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara and Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder three-row models are expected to hit showrooms. A third row of seats will be added to these versions, which will benefit from interior and exterior upgrades meant to appeal to a larger clientele. These offers should have more high-end features.

5. Kia Carens Facelift:

The present powerplant and gearbox options will be retained in the mid-2025 update of the Kia Carens, which will also include appearance and interior improvements. The Carens’ lineup is being expanded for the future with the development of an electric variant.
