Thus far in 2024, a number of automobiles have been introduced in India, spanning from reasonably priced vehicles to extremely high-end vehicles like the recently unveiled Rolls-Royce Cullinan.

Kia EV9

The South Korean automaker Kia is anticipated to introduce the Kia EV9, its most costly electric SUV, in India as one of the first releases in October. The vehicle, which will be delivered in completely built-up (CBU) form, has a 99.8 kWh battery that is meant to provide 561 kilometres of range on a single charge. The electric SUV will be unveiled on October 3 at a ceremony. It is anticipated to cost approximately ₹80 lakh.

Kia Carnival

Kia will introduce its luxury MPV, the Kia Carnival 2024, to the nation on the same day. Bookings for the automobile, which is anticipated to start at about ₹40 lakh, are already open. The car will keep the same 2.2-liter diesel engine from the current model despite being predicted to have an enhanced design.

Magnite 2024 Nissan

It is anticipated that Japanese carmaker Nissan would introduce the Magnite compact SUV in India in 2024. The car will likely have multiple design revisions, but its current engine options—a 1.0-liter NA and a 1.0-liter turbocharged gasoline engine—will remain.

BYD eMax 7

In October, Chinese automaker BYD is anticipated to introduce the BYD eMax 7, an electric multipurpose vehicle, in India. The BYD eMax 7, an upgraded model of the e6 MPV, is anticipated to be equipped with a panoramic sunroof, ventilated seats, and a 12.8-inch infotainment display. It is anticipated that the vehicle will include Level-2 ADAS and a 530 km maximum range on a single charge.

LWB Mercedes E-Class

On October 9, Mercedes will introduce the 2024 E-Class in India. Pre-orders for the upcoming E-Class, which is anticipated to start at about ₹80 lakh, are currently being accepted. Three displays are included in the car: a 12.3-inch digital driver’s display, a 14.4-inch infotainment display, and a 12.3-inch passenger entertainment display. It has two engines: a two-litre turbocharged petrol and a two-litre diesel.
