Tata Motors has recently announced the pricing for its much-anticipated Curvv EV in the Indian market, with prices ranging between Rs. 17.49 lakh and Rs. 21.99 lakh (ex-showroom). Interested buyers can now book this stylish SUV coupe through authorized dealerships or online, with customer deliveries scheduled to begin on August 23. An ICE variant is also on the horizon, with its launch set for September 2.

The Curvv EV marks a significant milestone as the first model to be built on Tata Motors’ new ATLAS platform. This innovative vehicle is available in five different variants and can be chosen in one of five distinct paint options. Customers have the flexibility of selecting between two battery packs: a 45 kWh battery that powers the Creative, Accomplished, and Accomplished+ S variants, or a larger battery available in the Accomplished, Accomplished+ S, Empowered+, and Empowered+ A variants.

The smaller battery pack in the Tata Curvv EV is reported to deliver a driving range of up to 502 km on a single charge, while the larger battery extends this range to an impressive 585 km. The EV is powered by a robust 167 hp electric motor capable of generating a remarkable 2,500 Nm of torque at the shaft. This enables the Curvv EV to accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in just 8.6 seconds, with a top speed of 160 kmph.

For added convenience, the midsize SUV coupe supports fast charging with a 70 kW charger, which can charge the battery from 10% to 80% in just 40 minutes. Additionally, the vehicle can regain up to 150 km of range in just 15 minutes. The Curvv EV also boasts a range of premium features, including a segment-first gesture-controlled tailgate, 60:40 split, two-step reclinable rear seats, a panoramic sunroof, ventilated front seats, and Level 2 ADAS with 20 advanced features.

The Curvv EV comes in five exterior colors: Pristine White, Virtual Sunrise, Flame Red, Pure Grey, and Empowered Oxide. Tata Motors has included a standard 7.2 kW charger with the vehicle and equipped it with advanced Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) and Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) technologies.

To ensure buyer confidence, Tata Motors is offering a warranty of 8 years or 1.6 lakh kilometers for the high voltage battery pack and motor, alongside a 3-year or 1.25 lakh kilometer warranty for the vehicle itself, providing long-term peace of mind for customers.
