The Y28e and Y28s have been introduced by Vivo to the Indian market. With the exception of a few minor specs, both smartphones have the exact same appearance. The starting pricing of the Vivo V28s and V28e is reasonably priced at Rs 10,999.

Specifications

The MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ SoC, a 5,000 mAh battery with support for 15W cable charging, and a 6.56-inch 720×1612 90 Hz LCD touchscreen with 840-nit peak brightness are included with each of these devices. Both of them have IP64 certification for resistance to splashes and dust.

The Y28e is limited to a 13 MP camera, while the Y28s features a 50 MP Sony IMX852 sensor. They both have some sort of 2 MP secondary cosmetic sensor. The Y28e sports a 5 MP front-facing camera, while the Y28s has an 8 MP one for selfies. The Y28s sports 4/6/8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, while the Y28e boasts 4GB of RAM and 64GB or 128GB of storage.

The Y28e lacks a fingerprint sensor altogether, while the Y28s features one that is positioned on the side and integrated into the power button.

Price, colour options

For Rs 10,999 with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, and Rs 11,999 with twice as much storage, the Y28e will be available in Vintage Red and Breeze Green.

The Y28s comes in Vintage Red and Twinkling Purple colours. The 4GB RAM model starts at INR 13,999, and goes up to INR 15,499 with 6GB RAM. The 8GB RAM model tops out at INR 16,999.
