Kokilaben Ambani hosted a festive garba and dandiya night in Mumbai last night for her grandson Anant Ambani and his fiancée, Radhika Merchant. Radhika Merchant, the bride-to-be, looked stunning in a royal purple lehenga adorned with intricate embroidery. She completed her look with a heavy choker and matching earrings, and wore her hair elegantly pulled back. Singer Parthiv Gohil entertained the guests with his captivating performance. Gohil, a staple at the Ambani family’s Ganpati celebrations at their lavish Mumbai residence, Antilia, for nearly a decade, added to the evening’s festive atmosphere.
The garba and dandiya night was reportedly held at a five-star hotel in Mumbai, beautifully decorated with towering statues of Hindu deities, an abundance of floral arrangements, and chandeliers. This garba and dandiya night is one of the many pre-wedding events leading up to Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding on July 12. Anant, the youngest son of Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani, is marrying Radhika, daughter of Encore Healthcare CEO Viren Merchant.
Earlier this year, the Ambani family hosted a grand three-day pre-wedding celebration in Jamnagar, which was graced by the presence of notable figures like Bill Gates and Mark Zuckerberg, along with numerous Bollywood stars. This was followed by a luxurious cruise along the Mediterranean.
The festivities continued earlier this week with a traditional Gujarati Mosalu ceremony held at Antilia, further adding to the pre-wedding celebrations for the youngest Ambani scion.
