Digital environment is constantly changing. How do you keep up with trends and keep yourself up to date ?
Being in contact and immerse yourself into communities, meet-ups, groups and forums. Plus reading everyday, at least 3 hours. Having “inner circles” of motivated individuals sharing your passions and goals is fundamental.
What would you recommend to young guys willing to start a new business in the digital environment ?
To go all in in terms of energies and motivation. Not just “trying it” And be crystal clear. I see many scattered messaging or branding when starting a digital profession. It needs to be immediately clear to your audience who you are, what you do, what value you are bringing to the table. Best route would be having a mentor or at least a motivated community to share values, goals and processes with.
